I've used Verv a few times now, mainly for their running plans. This time, I tried the Weight Loss Running program. It's just as consistent as my previous experiences with their Yoga for Beginners app. The interface is familiar, and the tracking works well. I keep coming back because their programs actually deliver what they promise. Good quality content, as usual.

I downloaded the Meditation and Sleep app and it's fantastic! The guided meditations are so calming, and I've been sleeping so much better since I started using it. It was super easy to find what I needed. I'm telling all my friends about it. Definitely going to try the Yoga for Beginners next!

I got the Home Workout Planner. It was easy to set up. Workouts are good. I liked the clear instructions. Delivery was instant, obviously. Overall, a solid app for daily fitness.
